The Council has many generic maps available providing detailed plans of Invercargill and Southland. Maps can also be customised.
Custom maps can also include layered features such as property boundaries, legal boundaries, water pipes, foul sewer, roading etc.
Fees
The following charges apply to people and/or businesses who will derive commercial benefit from the Council’s Geographic Information System:
- Electronic output $20
- A4 paper copy $10
- A3 paper copy $15
- Custom projects: Fee plus time at $80 an hour.
