The Annual Report provides information on what the Council planned to achieve in the year and what was actually achieved. It describes individual activities, details the levels of service that were to be provided, achievement of those levels of service and an explanation of significant variations. Information on Council-Controlled Organisations and their achievements of performance targets are included. The Report, which contains audited financial statements, is adopted by the Council before October 31.
A Summary of the Report is produced for people wanting an overview of the Council’s activities for the year. The Summary is adopted by the Council before November 30.
