Administration Officer

Part-time, 24 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Environmental Health and Compliance Team!

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the department which manages liquor licensing, animal services, parking, food and overgrown sections. Your strong administrative background and eye for details will serve you well in this role, ensuring of all our information is up-to-date and accurate.

Working within a team of three administrators, together you will be the first point of contact for all complaints, enquiries and nuisances related to our department reported by phone or Requests for Service. As such, you will be passionate about providing excellent service to all of our customers.

Your desire to continuously improve systems and processes, positive attitude and willingness to help out the team wherever required will see you thrive in this environment where no two days are the same!
