Do you like to dot the i’s and cross the t’s?

Here in team ICC we are looking for an Archives Assistant to support our Records Management department in transferring archive material from around Council to our designated Archives Facility.

In this role you will maintain electronic registers, identify material to be transferred, ensure records are accurately categorised, scan and file Council documents and assist with policies for record-keeping and archiving.

To be successful in this role you need to be self-driven and have a high level of attention to detail and judgement. You will be confident communicating and providing support and advice to a wide range of employees across Council.

Experience with Document Management Systems would be an advantage. More important however is your positive attitude, ability to pick up new computer programmes and willingness to learn.
