2019 Invercargill Christmas Festival Stall Holder Application

The market will operate Saturday 7 December 2019 from 10am to 1.30pm in the Invercargill CBD. Esk Street will be closed to traffic. There will be entertainment during the event.

Stall Fee: $20 single/ $30 double/ $30 food truck

Terms

Outside stalls will be on Esk Street or Wachner Place– both under the shop verandas and out in the open. The inside stall space is yet to be determined but will most likely be in the SIT Arcade. We will try to meet your preference where possible.

EFTPOS facilities are not provided by the market. Vendors are welcome to bring their own.

Stallholders are required to provide their own tables, gazebos, seating & display equipment. There is no access to electricity (except for food trucks).

Insurance against loss or theft is the stallholder’s responsibility.

Please Return with Payment to 101 Esk St, Invercargill by 5pm Friday 29 November 2019.

You will be required to give your stall name as a reference and stall size.

If you are unable to make payment this way, let us know ASAP & we will send you an invoice.
