The America’s Cup won by Emirates Team New Zealand earlier this year in Bermuda will be on display in Invercargill and Bluff on Tuesday, 17 October.

The public will be able to see the famous yachting trophy in the Civic Theatre’s Victoria Room (gold coin donations will go to the Bluff Yacht Club). The Cup is expected to arrive about 3pm. There will be speeches and then people will be able to get photos with the silverware.

The Cup will be in the  city for about an hour before it goes on display at the Bluff Yacht Club on Foreshore Road from 5pm to 6.30pm.  Members of Emirates Team New Zealand will be there, entry is free, there’s a community BBQ – and a chance to get some great snaps!
