Candidate Information Packs are now available online for people interested in becoming candidates in the  Invercargill City Council, Bluff Community Board, Environment Southland or Invercargill Licensing Trust elections.

Nominations for the Local Authority Elections open on 15 July 2016 and close at noon on 12 August 2016; election day is Saturday, 8 October 2016.
