The Proposed District Plan has been superseded by the Invercargill City District Plan 2019. Developments will now be assessed against the Invercargill City District Plan 2019.

The Proposed District Plan (Decisions Version) October 2016 has legal effect as from 29 October 2016, alongside the Operative District Plan.
