DP Review: Summary of submissions

This document summarises the decisions and changes requested from each of the submissions received on the Proposed Invercargill City District Plan 2013. Submissions on the proposed District Plan closed on October 21 2013 and Council received a total of 120 submissions.

The Proposed District Plan is the key document that will set the framework for land use, subdivision and development in the Invercargill City District for the next 10 years. It will replace the existing Invercargill City District Plan 2005 following the outcomes of public notification and the formal submission hearing and appeal processes under the Resource Management Act 1991.
