If you received and paid an infringement for failing to activate the parking meter in a metered space between 1 July 2022 and 29 February 2024 you are eligible for a refund.

Requests must include all bank account details and accompanying documentation to be accepted for processing.

Once your refund request has been processed we will be in touch to notify you of the outcome.

Refunds may take up to 12 weeks from approval of your request.
