Parks booking fees and forms

The Council encourages the use of the City’s parks and reserves for events. Weddings, sports matches, festivals, carnivals, concerts and fairs all add to the vibrancy of our parks and the City as a whole.

All events should be booked with the Parks Office using the form below to avoid double bookings. School or educational groups who wish to book a guided tour through the Animal Reserve, Aviary or any other specific area within Queens Park should contact the Parks Office.

About 1000ha of public parkland are available for organised events, offering a range of options. Not all of these parks will be suitable or available for your particular event. Anyone considering holding an event on a public park should contact the Parks Office to discuss their requirements and options available to them.

Sports clubs requiring the use of game or practice fields must discuss their requirements and make a booking with the Parks Office well in advance of the season starting.
