Practice Note for the Code of Practice for Land Development and Subdivision Infrastructure Bylaw

Council is asking for feedback on its proposed Practice Note for the 2016 Code of Practice for land Development and Subdivision Infrastructure Bylaw. The practice note covers two matters:

  • The timing at which connections to the three waters reticulations must be made;
  • The interpretation of climate change information for the purposes of stormwater design criteria.
