A Resource Consent Hearing will be held on Friday, 4 August 2017, at 3pm to hear and decide on the issue of notification of The Lodges application at 24 Anglem Street.
The above meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, First Floor, Civic Administration Building, 101 Esk Street, Invercargill.
In order to have this hearing expedited, Council understands that the applicant has waived the statutory timeframes usually associated with a Hearing.
Consequently, the short timeframe for notification means that the Hearing cannot be advertised in local newspapers and instead is being advertised on Council’s website and Facebook page, in order to notify members of the public.
