The Invercargill City Council has reviewed its Class 4 Gambling Venues Policy and created a separate TAB Gambling Venues Policy.
The main purpose of the policies is to enable the Council to regulate the number and location of non-casino electronic gaming machines (Class 4) – pokie machines – and the number and location of any new stand-alone TAB venues.
