Renewal of the water main system on Kelvin Street is complete and work has started on Stage Two of the Inner City water main project, the renewal of the water main system on Esk Street between Kelvin and Deveron Streets.

This work is expected to finish in mid-November, 2015. Parking on the south side of Esk Street will become progressively restricted as work progresses. Alternative parking is available in the Esk Street No. 1 car park opposite the main Council building.

Initially traffic will be maintained in both directions but as work nears Deveron Street, west-bound traffic will be blocked. Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained.
