My Invercargill (new facility)

My Invercargill enables residents to report issues, ask questions, make Council-related payments from any device (smartphone, tablet or computer) and to check on their previous  requests.

Council staff monitor requests during business hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday; for all urgent requests – day or night – phone 03 211 1777.

Use this link – www.myinvercargill.nz/ – to save the My Invercargill application to the home screen or desktop of your device.

 

My new request - 41px

The New Request drop-down section offers a range of services including building/plumbing, dog complaints, overgrown sections, parking/ abandoned cars, Parks and Reserves, property files ($10 fee applies), rates, roads/footpaths, streetlights, water/drainage, wheelie bins or “other” issues. Up to three photos can be added if appropriate – and you can store your personal details for future use.

 

Payment types currently available include rates, infringements, animals, register (this is for the re-registration of dogs) and debtors.

Online payments

Council’s online payments facility enables customers to pay Council debt and/or fees online, including property rates, infringements (parking, animals, building, RMA), dog registration renewals, water bills, pound fees and other Council debt (debtors).
