An independent company is undertaking research on Invercargill City Council’s behalf, asking about the levels of service people expect and want from Council.

Research First has begun telephone surveys of a group of ratepayers who were selected to provide a diverse balance of views representing a range of ages, genders and ethnicities.

Council will use the results of the research to ensure that the services provided meet the expectations of the community.

Research First has also created an online survey, so that all ratepayers may share their views.
