Invercargill and Bluff are now being consulted about the Invercargill City Council’s Annual Plan 2016-2017.
The consultation document asks residents to comment on possible rate increases over the next year and it also addresses any major delays in Council projects or any new projects that were not discussed in the Long-Term Plan.
The Council is also consulting on fees and charges. The recommendations proposed by Council would mean a 2.8 per cent rates increase. Your feedback will help Council to make informed decisions on this year’s Annual Plan.

Documents there include the draft version of the Annual Plan, the Annual Plan Consultation Document and the Fees and Charges documents., the Annual Plan Submission form and Fees and Charges and Submission Form. dates and venues for the Consultation Caravan are also available.
