The first meeting of the ICC’s new Community Wellbeing Fund Committee will be held on Thursday 18 February.

Three new community appointees – Meggy Bartlett-McBride, Angela Blair and Nathan Burdon will join Councillors Lindsay Abbott, Rebecca Amundsen, Alex Crackett, Peter Kett and Graham Lewis.

Decisions on the first funding round, applications for which closed on Friday 29 January, will be made at the meeting.

ICC spokesperson Gemma Crawford said there had been considerable interest in the new Wellbeing Fund and 23 applications for funding had been received.

The recipients would be notified after the meeting on the 18th.
